We are camped at the Grenfell campground and we are all by ourselves but to be on the safe side our site has been reserved for 5 nights for a total cost of $100. This includes power, water and sewer.
Shannon starts her day with a 10 km run and so she doesn't feel left out, we get on our bikes and follow along.
The trip would not be complete without a drive to Neudorf, where Shannon's mom was born and raised. Lyle and Aggie Stoll live out there on the farm and you know there will always be a warm welcome and a full meal when you get there and sure enough we were not disappointed.

We drove back along the north side of the Qu'appelle Valley and stopped at a few abandoned farms. It's such a shame to see some of these old farm houses go into disrepair and decay. If their walls could only talk.

We arrive back in time for dinner at Adele and Elmer's along with their crew. Lot's of catching up and fun with their 4 kids and 10 grandkids. A great bunch.
